About Me: I'm currently a student at Johnson Bible College in Tennessee. I'm on the Missions program and plan on going to graduate school for writing. After that I plan on joining the Marines.

I write mainly fiction and currently have a collaborative webnovel called The Chronicles of Itania. I'm also working with someone at JBC in writing a book. I also do National Novel Writing Month every year and am the Municiple Liason here in Knoxville (aka I publicize, organize parties, write ins, motivate people to keep on writing, etc). Anyone interested can check out www.nanowrimo.org!

I'm also a complete language freak. I took 4 years of Japanese in High School along with one year of German and during the time that I was learning German I got a book on Norwegian and learned that at the same time. Now Im taking Chinese and have a book on Icelandic and another on Finnish that I want to work on, but dont have time too... I also know a few different alphabets including Runic and Hangul. OH yeah! Im a conlanger/conscriptor which means I like to make up languages and alphabets for fun (one of them is used on my webnovel!). If I do get into the Marines and once I retire and go into the Christian Mission field I plan on being a translator and write on the side.

I'm also an amateur voice actor and as of now I have a resume site up check it out: My Voice Acting Resumé

I'm a person who has many interests and likes and is willing to try almost anything at least once.

oh yeah, the pic is from a costume party from last year. Its a character I made myself. the marks my arm are my character's curse which keeps him from repeating anything anyone tells him, why does he have this curse? he was an apprentice to a mage who was killed by another. He witnessed this and the evil mage cursed him with these marks and told him EXACTLY HOW TO BREAK IT, however he cannot say, so he searches for someone who can read the marks and remove them. Im gonna write this as my novel for NaNoWriMo this year.

Favorite Things: My ocarina! Its so much fun to play. also my ever growing library of books.

Hi there!
Good point about the different orders of angels. I hadn't thought about that... I'm trying to think if the gents who named the ballclub are clever enough to have thought about Angelic hierarchies!

Good point on the dogs - I hear you. As soon as I put that in my blog I realized that there are probably some problems they can really help out with, such as seeing eye dogs who might need some re-training.

I had the same problem before bootcamp. You have to be resourceful. You can usually find pullup bars at the gym, or outside at the local hs. I was on a shrimpboat for a month straight before bootcamp to toughen myself up -compliments of my brother in law the captain of a 90ft shrimpboat. Now, That was tougher than bootcamp! I used an overhang on the ship to lift me up and did push-ups. Pull ups test your upper body strength so any type of bicep workout is good. That was smart that you took the pft. On another topic - I am not recruiting anyone by any means. I didn't join myself until I was 30 years old. You may change your mind several times before you make a decision, and even then it isnt final. But it is a big decision, and being in shape is a good thing anyway. Take it slow and eat right. You are on the right track.
