About Me: I love photography, particularly military photography (more modern, than historical stuff). I was raised in a liberal family, so sometimes they wonder! But I love 'em anyway. Military photography - I love it because you can't beat it for drama and intensity. What's more real and dramatic - a Soldier searching for weapons caches or a supermodel in a bikini? Ok, don't answer that.

Thats great that you really did get out there and run! Thats not a bad pace. My opinion is that any effort is great! Alot better than sitting on the couch munchin on a bag of chips! LOL
Have you ever ran the Army Ten Miler in DC?
Its October 7 this next year. You should plan on it. I am going to this year. Great sceneray and huge crowd! My brothers alwys have an awesome time the years they run it.

I hope you had a good run! I love it, its a good way to relieve stress and its very addicting. You need to run the Army 10 miler in DC, I plan on running it in 07, both my brothers have ran it, they had a lot of fun, the turn out is huge.
