Projection of the US military into the world is not just a projection of war into the world... it is also a projection of decency and hope. Here a Soldier greets orphans in Kandahar, during a visit which also included events like giving the orphans medical check ups.

My friends it is with deep sadness that we here in the Barksdale community have lost a brave crew and a magnificent airplane. She went down in the Pacific and as of now no survivors! Please join me and all of the military extended families in prayer.
